Together is the Medicine
Online Vigil & Grief Circle
March 26th from 7:00 to 8:30pm on Zoom
News of the world weighs heavy, and in recent weeks our community has experienced heartbreaking loss. In this time of sorrow, we hold our grief with care. Through music, poetry, gentle reflection, and shared presence, we will create space to witness our grief and find comfort in community.
Come just as you are. Bring a candle if you wish, and invite others who might need a circle of love and support.
Our virtual doors will open at 6:45pm for quiet contemplation before we begin.
We remember together.
We heal together.
Together is the medicine.

Together is the Medicine
In-Person Vigil & Grief Circle
March 29th from 3:00 to 5:00pm
Chelsea, Quebec
These are burdensome days that ask much of us. At this in-person gathering, we honour the sorrows of the world along with its wonders, employing embodied practice, ritual, reflection, and shared stillness.
Grief is our ongoing expression of love, and something to be tended, not solved. When we turn toward rather than away, we learn to live alongside both beauty and loss.
If you feel the call to slow down, to breathe, and to meet grief as a companion, this circle welcomes you. Our small group gathers in Chelsea, QC and cost is $30 per person.
